ContactIQ manufactures and distributes industrial automation and control equipment including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, servo drives, HMI panels, and related accessories. All product specifications, certifications, and technical parameters published on this Site are subject to change without notice. Final product specifications shall be confirmed in the official quotation and order confirmation documents.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, technical datasheets, application notes, and software, is the property of ContactIQ Automation Corp. or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. ContactIQ holds 185 active patents covering its product technologies.
Product prices, availability, and lead times presented on this Site are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. All orders are subject to acceptance by ContactIQ and confirmation of product availability, pricing, and delivery schedule. Custom engineering projects require a signed specification agreement before commencement.
ContactIQ warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the applicable product documentation, typically 24 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or operation outside specified parameters.
In no event shall ContactIQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of production, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of ContactIQ products or services, regardless of the form of action.
Certain ContactIQ products may be subject to export control regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations of the countries in which you operate. ContactIQ reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate applicable export control laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
